WE CURRENTLY PROVIDE A VARIETY OF SPOKEN LANGUAGES FOR THE COMMUNITY

In order to request a translator, the options are as follows:

• Email request forms to interpreting@dsc.org
• Call us at 614-841-1991 Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00pm
• To ensure proper services, we ask that you DO NOT leave requests or cancellations on the voice mail system.

If this is your FIRST time with DSC, please fill out the forms below and return it via fax or send it to the email above. We can then set up your account and schedule an interpreter for you. PLEASE NOTE: You may call 24 hours prior to an appointment to receive a confirmation.
